The terms that apply when you book a desert safari, quad bike or dune buggy tour with Dubai Desert Safari, and what you can expect from us on the day.

These terms apply when you enquire about or book a tour with Dubai Desert Safari through this website, by email or by WhatsApp. Please read them before you confirm a booking. By sending us a booking request you accept the terms set out below.
Dubai Desert Safari arranges desert safari, quad bike and dune buggy tours across the Dubai desert. We are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Throughout these terms, “we” and “us” mean Dubai Desert Safari, and “you” means the person making the booking and everyone included in it.
Where a tour is carried out by a partner camp, driver or activity operator, we remain your point of contact for the booking.
Sending the booking form, an email or a WhatsApp message is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed only once our team has replied to you with the package, date, pickup arrangement and price.
All tours are subject to availability at the time we confirm.
Prices shown on this website are in UAE dirhams (AED). Per person prices are charged for each guest joining the tour. Per car prices cover one vehicle for the group size stated with that package.
Pickup and drop-off times shown with each package are indicative. The exact time for your booking depends on your location, traffic and the number of guests on the route that day, and we confirm it with you shortly before your tour.
If you need to change the date of your tour or cancel it, contact us as early as you can by phone, WhatsApp or email. Changes are subject to availability on the new date.

Desert tours depend on conditions we do not control. We may change or cancel a tour, or alter the order of activities, where it is necessary for safety or where circumstances make the tour impractical. This includes sandstorms, heavy rain, extreme heat, poor visibility, vehicle problems, restricted access to the desert area, and instructions from the authorities.
If we cancel a tour we will offer you an alternative date or a refund as described in our Refund Policy. Where an individual activity cannot run on the day, the rest of your tour continues as planned.
Dune bashing, quad biking and dune buggy driving are active experiences on uneven desert terrain. They are not suitable for everyone.
We may refuse participation in an activity where we believe it is unsafe for the guest or for others. Where that happens on safety grounds, no refund is due for that activity.
Children are welcome on our desert safari packages and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout. The accompanying adult is responsible for supervising them at the camp and during all activities.
Age limits apply to quad bikes, dune buggies and some other activities. Please tell us the ages of children in your group when you book so we can confirm what they can take part in and arrange suitable seating.
The desert camp is a shared space and local customs apply. We ask all guests to behave respectfully towards staff, other guests and the desert environment, and to dress modestly at the camp.
We may end a guest’s tour without refund where their behaviour puts others at risk, causes damage, or seriously disrupts the experience of other guests. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to vehicles, equipment or camp property.
Please bring only what you need and keep your belongings with you. Sand, dust and movement in the vehicle can damage cameras, phones and other items, and loose items are easily lost in the desert. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings brought on the tour.
We take reasonable care to arrange your tour as described and to work with operators who follow proper safety practice. We are responsible to you for loss you suffer as a direct result of our failure to use reasonable care in arranging your booking.
We are not responsible for events outside our reasonable control, including weather, road and desert conditions, delays caused by other guests, or decisions taken by the authorities. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law of the United Arab Emirates.
Photographers may be present at the desert camp. Photographs offered to you as prints or digital copies may carry a charge, which is made clear before you buy. Let the camp staff or your guide know if you prefer not to be photographed.
We keep the descriptions, inclusions and prices on this website as accurate as we can, but details can change and occasional errors happen. Where an obvious error affects a booking, we will contact you before confirming it. Photographs on the site show the kind of experience offered and are not a guarantee of a specific vehicle, camp or activity.
The content on this website belongs to us or to our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. How we handle the information you send us is explained in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your booking.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect how we work or what the law requires. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. The terms that apply to your booking are the ones published when we confirmed it.
